For one off hires a £100.00 deposit is required for each booking. This is refunded after your booking and is to cover costs for any extra cleaning, waste removal, damage or loss from the property.
For Bar Licensing a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) is required from East Lindsey District Council. At least 15 working days’ notice must be given for the hall committee to apply for a TEN, even if the sale of alcohol, or any other licenced event is not run by the Tetney Playing Field and Village Hall Association. Please note that times allowed for events may be affected by the TEN. Please take a look at our Hirer’s Agreement for more information on charges and terms of hire.
